        摘要：In the experiment， the mixed-bacterium fermented feed was equivalent replacement diet to the egg-poultry diet to feed the egg poultry， and the effect of mixed-bacterium fermented feed on egg production performance and egg quality was investigated. Two housings for egg and poultry were selected as control group and test group. The control group was fed with basic diet， and the experimental group added an additional 4% mixed bacteria fermented feed on the basis of the basic diet. The results showed that the test group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of feed intake （P<0.05）. The test group was higher than the control group in egg weight and egg production rate， and the difference was not significant （P>0.05）. Egg breaking rate， dead panning rate and feed-to-egg ratio were lower in the test group than in the control group， and the difference was not significant （P>0.05）. In terms of eggshell thickness and eggshell quality， the test group was slightly higher than the control group， but the difference not significant （P>0.05）； in terms of economic benefits， the experimental group increased by RMB 43.25 per day compared with the control group， and the income increased by RMB 1 297.5 during the entire test period. It shows that the addition of mixed bacteria fermented feed to the diet of egg and poultry can significantly increase the feed intake of egg and poultry， and has a tendency to increase the egg production rate and improve economic efficiency.
