        摘要：In order to study the effect of ginkgo leaves on the slaughter performance and egg quality of Beijing You chickens， 480 healthy 24-week-old Beijing You chicken hens were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. The control group was fed only basal diet， and the 3 experimental groups were added 1%， 2%， 4% ginkgo leaves powder. The trial period is 30 days. The results showed that the addition of ginkgo leaves helps to increase the proportion of pectoral muscle of Beijing You chicken. The pectoral muscle rate of the 2% and 4% addition groups was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）； the addition of ginkgo leaves can significantly improve the yolk color of eggs. The increase of the proportion deepens the color （P<0.01）. Studies have shown that ginkgo leaves can help improve the slaughter performance and egg quality of Beijing You chicken.
